The Best Real Estate Photographers in Northwest Florida in 2025. Ratings and Reviews

Finding a good real estate photographer can be a tricky process. There are so many factors to consider. How much experience does this photographer have? How much do they charge? What’s their turn around time? What services do they offer? Are they pleasant to work with? The answers to these questions can have a huge impact on the product they deliver to you and your experience as their client.

In this article, we’ll highlight some key things you should consider while looking for your next real estate photographer, and then we’ll give you our opinion on who in the Greater Pensacola Area fulfills each one of those key things the best.

It’s important to know that this list is designed to be seen from your perspective: a real estate agent who just typed “real estate photographers near me” into a Google search query. I haven’t used any of these photographers ourselves. This list is intended to help you make an informed decision using all the same information you have available to you, but that you might find to be a bit overwhelming or even confusing at times.

Before I get to the list, let’s review what those key things are.

Client Reviews on Google

How easy is it to use their website?

Quality of their portfolio

Services offered

Open and honest pricing

Client Reviews

In my opinion, this is the most important factor to consider when researching a real estate photographer. They can have the fanciest website and equipment, offer all the right services, have the highest quality photos, and even have the lowest price, and none of that matters if the experience working with them is poor. I’ll consider their Google review rating, how many reviews they have, when the most recent review was left, and how they handle negative reviews.

Website

A company’s website is often the first impression you have of them. This is where you’ll see proof of the work they do and, hopefully, where you’ll find out how much their services will cost you. How easy or difficult it is to find this information can have a huge impact on your experience working with them. Additionally, many photographers will deliver their finished product to you using their website. If the website is easy to use, it’s probably safe to assume the delivery process is also simple and straight forward.

Quality of their portfolio

This is the easiest thing to see when looking for a photographer. Is the delivered product any good?! These days, with camera technology and editing techniques, it’s easy to make almost anything look good, especially to the untrained eye. When considering a photographer's body of work, we’ll be looking at the details such as whether or not the image is straight, are the colors vibrant, do the window pulls look natural (we’ll have an article explaining window pulls in the near future), and other such details.

Services offered

This is pretty straight forward. What services do they offer and do you need them as a real estate agent? Some photographers only offer the bare necessities, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. One benefit to that is that they’re not going to try and upsell you on a product you don’t need. On the other hand, having a wide variety of services means you have choices and that puts more control over what you get into your hands.

Open and honest pricing

Most photographers do not list their prices anywhere. They make you call them to find out what their services cost. Most will say they do this because they don’t want their competitors to know what they charge, but in our experience the real reason is they want to get you on a call so they can immediately start trying to sell to you. This creates a bad experience and immediately puts you as a potential client on guard because it shows a lack of trust. In the back of your mind you’ll always be wondering “what are they hiding?” Every photographer knows what it costs to shoot a standard listing and there’s no reason to not be up front about that. In the event a client calls with a listing that is going to require a pricing structure that differs from the norm, they can be honest with them about that and explain why that is when it comes up. In my considerations for this list, open and honest pricing is a huge deal.

Now that we have our five key things to look for, I Googled “real estate photographers near me”. After eliminating the irrelevant hits, we’re left with 15 real estate photographers in the Greater Pensacola Area. There are probably more than that, but that’s what came up in my search, so that’s who we’ll  be looking at. We took a look at all 15 of them to determine which ones fit our key things the best. We then list the three that we think embody that key thing the best, in no particular order.

Now, enough chatter. Let’s get to the list!

Client Reviews

Panhandle Productions, by a long shot, has the most Google reviews of the 15 companies we looked at, with 144. They have a 5 star rating and only one of those is a 1 star review. Their most recent review was left just two months ago. They also clearly monitor their Google reviews and respond to all of the ones we read. Most of the reviews highlighted that Panhandle Productions has great communication and people liked how easy it is to use them.

Riptide Media has the second highest number of Google reviews, coming in at 48. They have a 4.8 star rating, with two 1 star reviews from over a year ago, though we want to point out that it seems that both of those reviews are about the same incident. Riptide responded to both reviews by offering a rebuttal to their claims. All the other reviews are overwhelmingly positive and, in my opinion, the negative review likely isn’t reflective of the company. The most recent review is from 3 weeks ago.

Keyside Visuals rounds out our top three picks for client reviews, with 22 total Google reviews, all of them 5 stars. Their most recent review was left just one month ago. One reviewer mentioned that they’ve been working with Keyside Visuals for over 9 years!

Website

I know this is supposed to be in no particular order, but JBeard Graphics had my absolute favorite website out of all 15 of the real estate photographers I reviewed. The prices are clearly displayed next to each service. They make it clear when they charge for travel and what they charge. There’s a short and simple FAQ. They have a downloadable checklist for agents to use before each session. My only critiques are that there’s a blog that rarely gets used and the list of services and prices is a bit overwhelming. Overall, I really like what they’ve made.

Riptide Media makes an appearance again for their simple website design. There’s not any glitz or flare, just easy to read and understand information. The portfolio showcases great work. The about section gives a brief intro to the company and includes a video featuring the founder introducing himself and the company. Their services are clearly listed, though there are no prices to be found anywhere, which means you’ll need to contact them and talk to a sales representative. According to the FAQ, there is a client portal, but I didn’t see a link to it on the website.

And once again, Keyside Visuals rounds out my top three picks for the website category. The portfolio is easy to access and navigate. There are very clear Book Now and Log In buttons in the top level navigation bar, along with a large font phone number. Following some of the navigation links takes you to a page that changes the navigation bar, which is confusing but a minor complaint. Following the New Clients link takes you to a page that displays examples of their work, a contact form, a short list of services offered, and curiously, a link that says “Click here for pricing” that does not take you to a page that shows pricing. It takes you a booking form.

Portfolio

Emerald Coast Real Estate Photography makes their first appearance on our list. My favorite thing about their images was how natural and real they look. A lot of real estate photographers can overdo it in the editing stage, and Emerald Coast clearly doesn’t. The tripod was an appropriate height to showcase both the floor and ceiling. Their aerial images are also very natural looking. And their window pulls look crisp and clear.

JBeard Graphics gets a shoutout here again because their aerial photos showcased something none of the other photographers had: property outlines in the images. That’s not to say the other photographers who offer aerial images don’t do property lines, JBeard Graphics is just the only one to highlight that in their portfolio. The rest of their images look fantastic as well.

AEV Real Estate Photography also makes their debut to the list here, and once again I was very appreciative of how natural and not overprocessed the images look. You can clearly see outside of the windows and their twilight photos are also excellent.

Services Offered

Current Images offered the most unique services in addition to the basics. The focus on delivering materials for social media, which might explain why their web address just redirects to their Facebook page. If you’re looking to make a social media push, Current Images is probably your best bet.

JBeard Graphics doesn’t necessarily offer the most services, but his website is definitely the most thorough when explaining what exactly you’re getting. I mentioned above that their list of services in the website section was a bit overwhelming. The benefit to that is you don’t have to wonder what you’re paying for. JBeard spells it all out for you.

AbovePAR Photography makes their first appearance here, not because they offer the most services, but because their list is simple and straight forward. There’s not too many options and they tell you exactly what you’re getting and for what price.

Open and Honest Pricing

AbovePAR Photography lays it all out there in plain English. On their prices page, you see clearly what you’re paying for and how much you’re paying for it. It doesn’t get any more clear than that.

JBeard Graphics has been called out for their pricing already in the article, so it’s no surprise they make another appearance here. Once again, I want to point out that they offer a ton of packages and it can be a lot to figure out what you want, but their prices are right there next to the service so there’s no confusion about what you’re getting.

I actually thought that I only had two options for this category, but then I clicked through to book a session with AEV Real Estate Photography and it turns out that if you click through far enough, you will eventually see that they do list their prices. I wish it was more clear on the home page that they list them, but this is better than not doing it at all.

Before we wrap this up, I want to point out that one of our candidates, whom I will not name because this list is not intended to put anyone on blast, engaged in a practice that would cause me to absolutely never do business with them. There is a link on their website that says “Click here for pricing” and that link takes you to a booking form. I followed the trail a little bit and with each click of the “Next Step” button it became more and more clear that they weren’t actually going to give me their prices on the website. The expectation is that I would fill out the entire form and then I would be contacted by a sales team member so they could try and sell me something before I had even decided if I wanted to use them. If you don’t want to display your prices on your website, fine. But don’t lie to me about it in hopes that you’ll get me on the phone.

So what does all of this mean?

This is in no way comprehensive. Simply Googling “real estate photographers near me” isn’t going to give you 100% of the information you need to make an informed decision. But, you’re a busy person. You don’t have time to call 15 different companies to make an informed decision. This article is simply a tool for you to use in that process. We hope it helps you sift through some of the noise that’s out there and that you’ll ultimately make a decision you are happy with, even if that decision is to use one of our competitors.

Remember, having high quality photos is a key part of selling your listing up to 32% faster and for up to $11,000 more than if you had used lower quality photos. Get out there and sell some houses!
